In fastFINANCE (ERiC-NAV-Connector) there is a feature for checking UVA and ZM.
This is possible with the action "ERiC - Test transmission".
Instead of additionally having to constantly keep a schema file, which correctly interprets
the generated XML file, up to date, the new test transmission also uses the ERiC client.
Therefore, the PDF transfer protocol for the test transfer is automatically generated and
also directly displayed.
The function can be used as soon as a UVA or ZM has been created, regardless of whether an XML file
has already been created or not. Therefore, an XML can be created ready and the values can be checked
with the test transmission. No additional hooks must be set as with a conventional test transmission.
If the test transmission is not successful, the "ERiC transmission log items" are also automatically
opened and you can immediately search for the reason for the failed transmission in the validation XML
or
the eric.log. The line in the transfer log items disappears, as this is only created temporarily.
The PDF generated during a successful test transmission disappears immediately after closing and
the XML can be transmitted as usual.
In fastFINANCE there is a feature for the transmission of the permanent extension.
This is possible by setting the permanent extension on the advance VAT return.
It is also possible to submit a permanent extension with a special advance payment. For this, you need to set the "VAT special advance payment" and specify the corresponding amount in the field "VAT special advance payment amount."
To create a corrected permanent extension, you must set the “Corrected message”. You must also set the “Calculate refund carry forward” field if you have made a special advance payment.
The transmission and creation of the XML file is carried out in the same way as for the UVA and the ZM.
Under "Sales VAT Advance Notification List" it is possible to create the VAT return as usual.
The UVA can be transferred to the tax office via the action "Transfer XML file with fastFINANCE..."
to the tax office. This starts the communication to the ELSTER Rich Client and the transfer to the
tax authority is started.
If the contact person for the tax office is represented by a tax consultant
whose information can be stored in the FastTab "Advisor information". The "Consultant country/
Region Code" only needs to be maintained if the advisor is located abroad.
Important. For a consultant based in Germany, the field must always remain empty.
During the transfer a message is opened, which describes the process of transfer
describes. This message was built in, because the process of the transfer due to the
double encryption is comparatively long.
What data is collected during a transfer?
For transmissions using fastFINANCE (ERiC-NAV-Connector), the following data is collected from RSBT:
Date and time of transmission
Transmission type
fastFINANCE Customer ID
Transmission ERiC error code
Tax office number
Tax number
Tax number for transmission
ERiC XML encoding type
Upon request and confirmation of identity, all data will be released according to the right of access Art.
15
DSGVO issued.
The fastFINANCE - transfer protocol can be found via the button "fastFINANCE Log Entries" in the
extended
view of the Actions.
The transmission data for the current transaction is displayed, including the NAV
reference number, the transfer status as well as details on the fiscal authority and the
transmission files themselves. Flags indicate which files have been created in the log.
have been created. These files could be important for any troubleshooting. Also shown here is
the "Transaction No.", to give an overview without the
"PDF transfer protocol" to have to open.
In the card view, the information is listed in even more detail. In the card within
of the FastTabs the contents of the respective XML or log files are already represented. The respective
XML-
and log files can also be opened by special actions outside BC.
The XML file created for the operation and sent to the tax authority
is displayed here.
The file can be opened via the action "Open request XML" in a separate program.
(Windows standard XML program).
The validation XML is received to confirm the request XML. Should the request XML contain errors
in the structure or in the content, this can be seen in detail via the validation XML.
The file can be opened via the action "Open Validation - XML" in a separate program.
(Windows standard XML program).
With the Response-XML the tax office sends the confirmation that the data has
been successfully transferred. The response XML contains the data of the request XML
in encrypted form. In addition, the tax office provides a ticket number (<TransferTicket>)
that uniquely identifies the transaction. This ticket number can also be found in
the Fasttab "General" and in the overview of transfers. The ticket number can also
be found in the left margin of the PDF transfer log:
The file can be opened via the action "Open Return-XML" in a separate program
(Windows standard XML program).
The ERiC log reflects the log generated by the ELSTER Rich Client during validation,
processing and transmission of the UVA in detail.
During the communication of ERiC with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the financial authority,
in
the background, this log is created for documentation purposes. Should the UVA not be transferred
successfully,
it is possible to determine the cause and exact time of the problem in this log.
The file can be opened via the action "Open ERiC protocol" in a separate program
(Windows standard txt program).
When the UVA is successfully transferred, a PDF is created by the tax office. In this PDF the
transfer is confirmed.
The protocol includes the tax number, the date of sending, the responsible tax authority,
the company data and the detailed UVA key figures.
The file can be opened in a separate program using the "Open PDF transfer log" action
(Windows standard PDF program).
