On the other hand, they serve to record statistical data on website use and to be able to analyse it for the purpose of improving the offer. The users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the comfort of use are restricted without cookies.

Ticket System
A ticket is automatically created for emails sent to the email address support@rsbt.de.
In addition to the information transmitted with the actual email, only the sender’s address is stored in the ticket system.

Integration of third-party Services and Content

Our online offering uses third-party content, such as videos from YouTube and maps from Google Maps. This always assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the IP address of the user. This is because without the IP address, the content cannot be sent to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on this if the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as we are aware of this, we inform the users about it.

Use of Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). The use includes the operating mode “Universal Analytics”. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus to analyze the activities of a user across devices. This privacy notice is provided by http://www.rsbt.de.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by an IP-anonymization to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

Purpose of Processing
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with website and internet use.

Legal Basis
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Recipients / Categories of Recipients
The recipient of the collected data is Google.

Transfer to third Countries
The personal data will be transferred to the US under the EU-US Privacy Shield on the basis of the adequacy finding of the European Commission. You can download the certificate here.

Duration of Data Storage
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

Rights of Data Subjects
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by preventing the storage of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across multiple devices, you must opt-out on all systems in use.

Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the map functions by visitors. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.
Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.

Use of YouTube Videos
This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider “YouTube”, which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

Here, the extended data protection mode is used, which according to the provider’s specifications, only starts storing user information when the video(s) is/are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to information from “YouTube”, these serve, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behaviour. If you are logged in to Google, your information is directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not want your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f DSGVO on the basis of Google’s legitimate interest in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube in order to exercise this right.

Irrespective of any playback of the embedded videos, each time this website is accessed, a connection to the Google “DoubleClick” network is established, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Rights of the User
As a user, you have the right to receive free information on request about which personal data about you has been stored. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed or deleted. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data have been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Data Erasure
Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose and if there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right of Objection
Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
